NOTE / LEGAL

Terms of Service

Effective September 13, 2026 · Governing law: Wyoming

These terms govern use of the TRADING MATRIX MEDIA LLC website and consulting engagements unless a signed statement of work states otherwise.

Services

We provide B2B AdTech consultancy and media operations: enterprise ad execution frameworks, programmatic media buying infrastructure, programmatic media trading and DSP architecture (including SSP yield workflows), AdTech data pipelines and server-side routing (Server-Side Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, and custom data matrix layers), audience matrix and intent analytics (unified CDP and algorithmic segmentation), and media spend optimization and attribution modeling. Work is remote and delivered as configurations, documentation, and scheduled desk sessions. We do not sell physical goods.

Prices & quotes

Starting prices on the website are informational for scoped implementations. Final fees, timeline, and scope are confirmed in writing. Platform fees, cloud hosting, licensed data, and media spend are billed by those vendors to the client unless a written trading agreement says otherwise.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate business information, authorized access to the agreed systems, timely feedback, and lawful use of any data shared with us. Clients remain responsible for consent, privacy, and advertising-platform policies in their properties.

Media & platforms

TRADING MATRIX MEDIA LLC builds programmatic media buying infrastructure and may operate media desks under a written engagement. DSP, SSP, tag-manager, CDP, and cloud seats typically remain the client’s unless the statement of work says otherwise. We do not warrant specific delivery, fill, ROAS, or ranking outcomes.

Work product

Upon full payment, the client owns the engagement-specific configurations and documents we produce for that client. Our general methods, templates, and uncustomized desk tools remain ours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TRADING MATRIX MEDIA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost media performance, third-party platform outages, or data loss outside our reasonable control. Aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
